About the role

Sound interesting? Here’s what we are looking for;

Proven ability to source for talent across a range of business disciplines within a fast paced environment such as agency or internal talent team

Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks

Demonstrated ability to execute talent acquisition plans and strategies, with a good understanding of employment brand and recruitment marketing

Strong influencing capabilities, and the ability to manage and engage diverse stakeholder groups to solve issues and overcome talent acquisition challenges

Demonstrated use of data to assist decision making with excellent analytical skills

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity and can be flexible on location with a hybrid working environment.
