National Retail Leasing Director

**What this opportunity involves**:
This senior leadership position is responsible for comprehensive transaction management across a diverse retail portfolio. You'll lead a team of 6 professionals, negotiating leases and overseeing document execution for retail and specialty sites in Australia.
**Key Responsibilities**:
Lead and manage the leasing team, providing coaching and training
Oversee complex lease negotiations including new leases, renewals, and market rent reviews
Develop portfolio strategies to ensure financial and tenure risk mitigation
Build and maintain relationships with key landlords and developers
Drive data analytics and insights while ensuring governance and integrity

**Key Skills and Requirement**:
Current Real Estate License or Certificate of Registration
Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Property, Legal or equivalent
Minimum 7 years of retail leasing experience with proven leadership and strategic management skills
Strong financial acumen and negotiation expertise
Sound Microsoft Excel proficiency with data analytics experience
