About the Opportunity

The Digital Health Analyst within SDPR supports the design and rollout of digital health solutions by translating the needs of clinical and non-clinical stakeholders into high-quality, compliant implementations across NSW Health. They provide expert insight into frontline healthcare settings and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure effective delivery.

This role offers the opportunity to work within the Community team (Ambulatory/Outpatient Workstream) team reporting into the Digital Health Lead, you will be part of the team responsible for supporting the design and implementation of digital health programs and solutions within the Community setting. Working closely with all types and levels of frontline healthcare stakeholders, you will provide expert insight into frontline NSW Health clinical and non-clinical settings, enabling the translation of the requirements of SDPR's end users into high quality and compliant solutions implemented across NSW Health facilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Leverage your clinical knowledge and experience to initiate, and support the refinement of the design, configuration, and implementation of digital solutions
  • Support Program/Project Leads and team members in defining processes, requirements, design and configurations
  • Assist in capturing and maintaining documentation accurately during design discussions
  • Review existing application design to inform recommendations to relevant stakeholders
  • Contribute to creating technical support documentation and enhancing digital health solution designs
  • Apply clinical and build experience to inform system design and configuration.

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Proven expertise and a solid background in the Community healthcare setting.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Health (Medical, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, Health Information Management) and/or extensive experience working in a Public Health Care setting.
  • Understanding of health processes and practices, workflows and models of care
  • Skilled in communication, with an ability to influence stakeholders and handle conflict appropriately
  • Is adaptable, collaborative and motivated to work in a fast-paced, evolving digital health environment
