**The Opportunity**
We are seeking an experienced Project Controls Coordinator to join our Technology team on a 2year fixed term contract.
**The Role**
In this role some of your responsibilities will be:
- Providing the project management team with integrated, accurate, and timely whole-of-project/program reports with analysis;
- Providing strategies for mitigating scheduling, resource and cost forecasting variances;
- Developing, implementing, and improving project management routines, standards, procedures, and templates;
- Supporting the development of business cases, cost models, and preliminary schedules for project proposals;
- Translating scope and goals into measurable into measurable items/indicators;
- Measuring and reporting project progress and governance defined for each phase of the project management framework;
- Monitoring the completion of project milestones against goals and initiate amendments where necessary.
**About You**
To excel in the role you should have;
- 5+ years working in a project environment
- 3+ experience in working with multi-disciplinary teams (e.g., technical, finance)
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Tempo)
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manage risks and suggest mitigation and corrective measures
- Experience with budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management for large-scale projects
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage different stakeholders
- Formal Project Management qualifications (e.g., PMI, Prince2) is desirable
- Degree in related fields preferred, but not essential
