**Our Next Project Controller**

The Project Controller is accountable for providing project support to Operations staff including facilitating, reporting and analysing projects and project data, at a Global level. This role is open to our Perth or Brisbane office and is available as either full-time or part-time.

**Key Accountabilities & Responsibilities**
- Create and maintain project tasks via Okane’s ERP Software (Deltek VantagePoint):

- Complete project set up of billable and research and development projects.
- Check the Project Scoping Sheet completed by Project Coordinator is compliant with Operations Project Set Up Checklists.
- Input baseline project data as outlined in Project Scoping Sheet.
- Provide timely communication to Finance and Administration team regarding project set up status to ensure projects are activated within a reasonable timeframe.
- Monitor project completion dates, project total spend, and PO expiry dates.
- Tracking, monitoring and communication of project budget and schedule:

- Monitor project planned backlog and communicate with Project Coordinators at specified regular frequency.
- Monitor and report on project progress, costs, and schedule variances.
- Analyse project data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain project budgets.
- Support Project Coordinators in developing and maintaining project execution plans.
- Ensure that all project-related reports are accurate and delivered on time.
- Identify and escalate project issues and risks to Project Coordinators and Operations Management.
- Assist with specific project requirements as required including but not limited to:

- Meeting minutes.
- Format Technical Reports, Memos, and other project documents.
- Perform document control through the proper filing of documents.
- Coordinate and secure travel bookings as required.
- Support Okane Operations Team through the following tasks:

- Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures.
- Provide training and guidance to project team members on project controls processes and tools.
