Perth Airport are currently looking for a Project Controls Coordinator.

**What you'll do**:
This role will be Responsible and accountable for the coordination and agenda for the Project Governance Forum Assists and provides guidance to the wider Perth Airport business in planning and delivering projects via the Project Management Framework and Project Governance Forum.

The successful applicant will Provide input into process improvements including business development initiatives as well as Ensuring approved project parameters are communicated into projects teams including those outside of the projects and development team.

**About you**:
You will have experience as a controls manager on building or infrastructure projects of a capital value of $100m plus. You have commercial understanding of contractual rights and obligations in relation to project controls and you hold tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in project or construction management, building or engineering.

You are comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and can demonstrate a professional approach to project controls and team engagement. You are able to influence the effectiveness of others by ensuring time bound plans are developed, communicated and monitored for success.
