To support our growth, Perenti seeks to engage a highly efficient and reliable **Project Controller** to join our Technology Delivery team.

The role reports to the **Project Management Office Lead** and as the Project Controller, the main responsibility of the role is to support the PMO Lead and experienced Project and Program Managers whilst helping to deliver an exceptional experience for our customers. The role is critical in ensuring financial control and support across multiple projects within the portfolio.

The key responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Provide portfolio, program and project support through activities including but not limited to, estimation for future work, budgeting, tracking and establish project controls for programs and projects
- Coordinate month-end financial reporting process with Corporate Finance
- Maintain and refine the portfolio, program, and project financial processes, controls, and templates
- Provide support with raising purchase orders and tracking to closure
- Prepare monthly financial reports for programs/projects and distribute reports within agreed cadence to ensure all stakeholders have awareness and visibility

Experience and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a finance and / or project accounting role supporting complex technology projects or programs
- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic and multicultural business environment
- Demonstrate ability to communicate effectively and succinctly with a diverse range of stakeholders at all levels
- Advanced interpersonal skills including strong written and verbal communication
- Highly honed problem solving and analytical skills
- Demonstrated time management and organisational skills including the ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines

**The role will be based at the Perenti office in the Perth CBD.**
