**About the role**:
Some of your key responsibilities will be to:

- Monitor and respond to enquiries
- Maintain accurate student enrolment data
- Compile GTE documents which meet ICHM admission standards
- Issue enrolment documents for both new and returning students

**This is a fulltime, permanent role based at our campus in the heart of Adelaide.**

**About you**:
You are personable and willing to assist a small, dedicated team to achieve its student centred departmental goals. You have an attention to detail when reviewing complex documentation and can work within specific processes and institutional policies.

You are confident with higher education admissions support and student management systems. You have an excellent understanding of Microsoft365 and its associated platforms with particular reference to Excel and Teams365.

At ICHM our team is student facing and passionate about ensuring the entire student journey is seamless from enrolment to graduation, you will have a desire to work collaboratively with our students and a dedication to making their experience at ICHM an enjoyable one. Additional requirements include:

- A relevant Certificate or Higher Education qualification OR experience working in a higher education or similar environment
- Current child-related work certificate (DCSI) or ability to obtain.
- Australian residency or possession of a valid visa with work entitlement in Australia
