**Role**

We are looking for a customer service champion Team Leader with strong communication and organization skills who will assist the Manager, Admissions and Enrolment, College Director and Senior Manager, Student Recruitment by leading and contributing to the development of college projects and initiatives aimed at improving international admissions services, systems and processes.

**Responsibilities**
- Establish and maintain outstanding standards of service and partnership with all stakeholders across the College and University
- Be responsible for all aspects of the college specific database maintenance and liaison with the relevant stakeholders. Ensure that all relevant admissions and student administrative information is recorded accurately and amended/altered when necessary
- Develop and maintain ongoing lines of communication and relationship management with all relevant stakeholders, internal and external to the College and University
- Manage communication of information regarding program admissions to internal and external customers as well as providing administrative support to staff when requested
- Maintain a high level of customer service and product knowledge to assist in potential conversion of student enquiries

**Admissions**
- Leading the college admissions team, participating in case reviews; managing escalated and complex student enquiries and cases, including processing admissions tasks as required
- Complying with College policies and procedures, responding professionally, accurately and in a timely manner to enquiries regarding programs and admission requirements
- Liaising with college and university student management system teams for program changes (e.g., CRICOS, fees, dates)
- Ongoing liaison with Student Services, Admissions & Enrolments and other Kaplan business units
- Undertaking error reporting each semester/trimester to ensure data quality and integrity

**Sales and Marketing Support**
- Maintaining a high level of product knowledge relating to all aspects of student education and training
- Providing advice and information to applicants, agents, academic and general staff of the College, University and external agencies about programs, admissions requirements and procedures in compliance with College policies and procedures

**System and Database Management**
- Developing and demonstrating expertise in the use of core international assessment and reporting systems such as those that exist for information, assessment, and reporting (CEP, ECCTIS, PRISMS)
- Maintaining records on PRISMS and any other databases requiring student management for Kaplan or our University partners
- Coordinating administrative and system processes within Admissions, particularly those relating to our University partners

**Requirements**:

- 5 years of experience within the higher education sector, particularly admissions (essential)
- Experience of working effectively in a high-pressure, high-volume environment
- Ability to work under mínimal direct supervision
- Strong knowledge of student database processes
- Competency in use of Microsoft Office products
- Excellent written and verbal communication with proven ability to work with staff at all levels
- Attention to detail, accuracy and an ability to meet deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to foster a cooperative work environment
- Good problem-solving skills including the ability to exercise judgement and initiative in conflict resolution
- Ability to adhere to and disseminate policies and procedures
- Ability to travel nationally and internationally if required
- Experience in using student administration systems (desirable)
- Working with Children Check
- Knowledge of ESOS Act and National Code of Practice is highly regarded (desirable)
