**Position Overview**:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented **Admissions and Student Support Officer** to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for education, international student services, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Liaise with education agents, prospective students, and internal staff
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date student records in the student management system
- Assist students with orientation, enrolment, and ongoing course advice
- Respond to student inquiries regarding visa, attendance, academic progress, and personal support
- Coordinate student welfare activities and refer students to support services as needed
- Monitor attendance and academic progress and escalate concerns appropriately
- Support the compliance and reporting team with documentation and data entry

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within an RTO or CRICOS-registered provider
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and student management systems
- Recent experience in the use of PRISMS
- Knowledge of ESOS Act and National Code of Practice is highly regarded.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
