**Your new role**
Are you looking to take the first step into your Banking career? As a Business Servicing Advisor, you will be part of the Business Direct Team. Day to day, you’ll be responsible for:

- Taking inbound phone calls from Corporate and Business customers, answering a range of simple to complex enquiries
- Providing existing customers and prospects with correct information regarding NAB’s current Business products and services
- Entering customer details, activities, and opportunities into the system to ensure a robust CRM system is maintained
- Working collaboratively with internal departments to provide the best possible solutions for customers.

This role is an initial full time 12-month temporary assignment.

There is opportunity to become permanent or contract extension*.

Your working week will be from Mon - Fri between 8.00am - 8.00pm on a rotating roster.

You’ll work 38 hours per week. The hourly rate is $30.95 + Super.

**What you'll need to succeed**
NAB are looking for enthusiastic leaders of tomorrow
- Customer Service experience (retail, hospitality etc)
- Experience in a Call Centre environment (highly desirable, but not essential)
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail and resilience
- Personable, professional with a keen determination to succeed
