So when we say we're looking for Service Advisors, what we're really looking for is a talented people person who understands the value of service. We are looking for someone who can listen, engage, discover and offer the right solutions for our customers’ needs.
This is more than just a contact centre role. Our Service Advisors answer inbound calls from people who are interested in discussing their NAB Home Loan product and providing tailored solutions to them. Once you have mastered this role, there are many further career opportunities available within the lending division.
This permanent part time position will see you working on a rotating roster. This means you need to be available between 7am-9pm Monday to Friday, and 9am-6pm on weekends. Don’t worry, you will receive your roster 4 weeks in advance and you will always have the same 2 days off in a row
The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training. Training will be based at 700 Bourke Street, Docklands.
**This is a part-time opportunity, however you will need to be available **full-time** Monday to Friday for the initial 2 weeks for training purposes.**
**On a day to day basis you will**:
- Have thorough conversations with new or current NAB customers who call to enquire about NAB Home lending products, ultimately understanding their needs and tailoring the best solution.
- Provide education and support to customers using NABs digital channels
- Provide excellent customer service by genuinely connecting with your customer through your unique personality and passion to help
- Servicing a range of requests for our Home Lending products with strong attention to detail
**What you will bring**
- Be driven by a passion to speak to customers, and surpass expectations in helping them achieve their goals
- Be able to navigate through multiple computer systems whilst maintaining a great phone manner and attention to detail
- Motivated to work in a target driven team environment
- Basic knowledge of home lending
- Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
