**HR Business Partner**
This role will be well suited to a HR Business Partner with experience in change and transformation project work and looking for their next career move. You will have experience in leading and improving processes for a complex organisation plus experience in coaching and guiding leaders with employee performance and improvement plans.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, this role will be instrumental in providing HR support and advice across the business and will also be a significant player managing and supporting leaders and employees through restructure/s and change. Partnering with senior stakeholders, this role has a broad remit and your collaborative and hands on approach you will help drive high performance and effective outcomes across the business.
Key responsibilities cover:
- Partner closely with key senior stakeholders on all HR related matters in line with restructures and change management, guiding them through the process
- Provide timely and practical HR advice across all areas of the business and to key stakeholder groups
- Work closely with the wider HR team to plan and deliver initiatives that align people with the goals and objectives of the company (ie, talent, strategy, performance, remuneration reviews etc)
- Contribute to the design and implementation of relevant HR Services
- Review and update current policy and procedures to ensure best practice
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Extensive expertise in generalist HR consulting within a large, complex and multi-site organisation
- Proven ability to build respectful relationships with employees at all levels
- Demonstrated experience in a change environment, project work and/or organisational development
- Strong planning and organisational skills - prioritising work, deal with competing demands to ensure tight deadlines are met
- Be up to date with contemporary HR practices
