You must be passionate about working with clients requiring services across different environments including homes, schools, and community programs. Our client sees success in helping their patients maintain their independence, so with support, they can continue to enjoy the things that they are passionate about in life.

**Your Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Completing high quality clinical services and assessments including Home Modifications Assessments (including complex), Supported Independent Living (SIL) Assessments, Sensory Assessments, Assistive Technology (AT) Assessments, Activities of Daily Living, ADL) Assessments, Functional Capacity Assessments, Functional Daily Living Skills, Assessments, Workplace Assessments, and any other OT services as required.
- You will assess clients with a wide range of acute and chronic disorders and implementing effective Occupational Therapy programs and interventions.
- You will maintain documentation in a professional and confidential manner and in accordance with company policies.
- You will effectively communicate with staff members, health professionals, clients, and family with regards to provision of Occupational Therapy services.
