Job Description:

As a Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing multiple client accounts, delivering long term marketing strategies, and project managing high-quality work across numerous marketing channels. You will work closely with our creative team and clients to deliver results that align with our clients' brand values and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their outsourced Marketing Specialist.
  • Develop and oversee marketing strategies for clients across multiple industries.
  • Write creative briefs and collaborate with graphic designers to ensure seamless workflow and strong creative outcomes.
  • Work closely with our Head of Campaign Strategy to plan, coordinate, and present campaign strategies to clients.
  • Identify opportunities for new business and contribute to agency growth.
  • Ensure all content and campaigns reflect high standards of written communication and creativity, and align with our clients' brands.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a marketing or brand management role.
  • Highly proficient in written communication with the ability to present confidently.
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Ideally you have experience working across both traditional and digital media.
  • Proficient in Canva and comfortable working with creative workflows.
  • Strategic thinker with strong organisational skills.
  • Motivated by results and capable of managing multiple clients at once.
  • Driven to identify new opportunities and support business growth.
