We're looking for a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team and take ownership of our digital channels, including website, SEO, eDMs and automations. This role is hands-on, creative, strategic and results focused — perfect for someone who thrives on seeing their work make a difference

The role is 32 hours a week based in our Newcastle or Rutherford offices with the opportunity for some work from home days and hours/days to suit lifestyle.

What You'll Do

  • Copywriting: Write engaging eDMs, landing pages, and website content for SEO, brand, and UX purposes.
  • Email Marketing (eDMs): Build and manage targeted campaigns, segment audiences, and continuously optimise performance.
  • Website and SEO: Maintain and update products and website content, implement SEO best practices, run A/B testing, and monitor analytics.
  • Automations and CRM: Manage customer flows, lead nurturing, and integrations across platforms.
  • Social and Database: Contribute to the wider organic social content and database growth and management.
  • Collaborate with agencies, developers, and internal teams to deliver digital content, campaigns and projects.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong copywriting skills for eDMs and website content.
  • Proven experience in updating websites, creating new website pages / content and digital campaigns.
  • Experience implementing SEO strategy and tactics with assistance from specialised agencies and developers.
  • Hands-on experience with eDM platforms, CRM, and CMS systems.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimise campaigns.
  • A team player who enjoys collaborating while also managing tasks independently.
