About the role
Permanent full time opportunity to be responsible for the management of the Metro North establishment including maintaining and updating the establishment and developing and reviewing processes and procedures to support internal rostering and workforce management processes.
About you
- Provide expert advice and support on the management, coordination and integration of Metro North-wide establishment and associated systems.
- Provide professional and expert advisory/consulting services to internal clients, including the planning, development and management of reports to assist in the development of workforce rostering strategies.
- Lead and be actively involved in advising and establishing the governance processes for the management of the MNHHS establishment.
- Consult with managers and senior executives in relation to the management of workforce and establishment services as it relates to their work areas.
