We are looking for a bubbly, outgoing, self motivated individual who is hungry for their own growth and has a keen interest in contributing to the rapid growth of our business.

**About the role;**

You will be responsible for overseeing and providing a great customer experience, and support of the current customer service team. The Team Leader position reports to the COO to provide updates and insights. Your day to day will include:

- Improve the customer service experience
- Provide excellent customer service
- Monitor responses via web form and social media to ensure compliance
- Bring new ideas to the table for growth of the customer experience
- Ensure accurate records and customer data maintained and updated regularly
- Compile reports
- Be responsible for ensuring customer issues are resolved
- Maintain orderly workflow according to priorities
- Provide regular updates to the COO and discuss improvement strategies
- Provide training on the brand and products to stockists during onboarding
- Experience using Excel and Microsoft word
- Experience using Hubspot is desired, but not necessary
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong organization, time management and multi-tasking abilities
- Problem solving attitude
- Can work both independently and as part of a team
- A ‘can-do’ attitude

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- customer service: 2 years (preferred)
