**The Role**
We are seeking a driven, passionate **Customer Service Manager **lead the busy Team of Customer Service professionals in servicing demanding external and internal clients and maintaining long-term commercial relationships. The successful applicant must share great passion, eagerness and motivation with a preferred understanding of the foodservice and hospitality industries. The applicant will be joining a our well-established, capable and highly supportive team.

**You day to day will involve**:

- Enabling the Customer Service team in consistently meeting customer expectations and attaining individual, Team, and business objectives.
- Guaranteeing the delivery of outstanding service to both customers and stakeholders.
- Driving sales initiatives and endorse the products and services available.
- Collaborating effectively within a dynamic Team environment.
- Undertake general operational duties and maintain communication with other departments.
- Staring early from Monday to Friday and one Saturday a month.

**About You**

To be considered for this role you must have:

- Min 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the FMCG industry will be highly regarded.
- Confident phone manner and excellent communication skills
- Exceptional skills in customer service, coupled with the capability to establish and sustain successful working relationships.
- A hunger for success and exceptional customer service skills, effectively engaging across all stakeholders.
- Ability to work autonomously with a self-starting attitude.
- A passionate, energetic and hardworking approach with willingness to learn.

You must be able to work well under pressure, be able to multitask effectively and ideally have an understanding or love of food and hospitality.
