As a Customer Service Executive, you’ll be responsible for dealing directly with customers and consumers to assist them with purchases, attend to queries, and provide timely solutions to ensure customers receive an excellent service.
In this role, you’ll love the ability to:
- Facilitate positive communications between prospective and current customers, consumers, and channel partners.
- Generate reports on customer/consumer behaviours and provide relevant insights.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the customer support department, collaborate with our Business Development Manager and sales leadership teams to deliver strategic support.
- Assist with sales administrative duties in the areas of CRM/B2B, ordering and delivering logistics, documentation, reporting, and customer engagement programs.

For this role as a Customer Service Executive, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:
- Customer service driven, with great communication skills.
- Ability to adapt/respond to internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- 3 years + high volume specialty coffee/high end food and beverage experience (desirable).
