This a truly fantastic opportunity as we're recruiting for an experienced **Food and Beverage Team Leader** to oversee our dynamic catering team at one of our most established workplace facilities - **Gosford Hospital.**

**What your day will look like**_: _**
- Lead, advise, and support our dynamic catering team to ensure service is kept at a high standard
- Maintain coffee food and inventory stocks and ensure your space is clean
- Assist with daily operations as well as food service where required
- Responsible for maintenance, and daily step down of machinery and work stations
- Providing exceptional customer service to all employees on site
- Previous experience in team supervising
- A positive and supportive, hands on leader
- Experience working in a corporate, niche environment
- Extensive knowledge of food and beverage service
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Comfortable working between FOH and BOH
- Food handling skills essential
- RSA certified
