Our solutions are designed to improve the birthing outcomes of expectant women and are used throughout private and public hospitals in every state of Australia.

Harris Maternity is looking for a Systems Analyst to help us work with our customer base in Australia & New Zealand. You will proactively work with customers to implement our products using best practices and provide your expertise through the end-to-end value chain of our products. You will also cultivate relationships with our existing customer base, to ensure our products continue to fulfill all needs of our valued customer base.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Work with customers to elicit their technical and business requirements.
- Configure our products to suit customer requirements.
- Document customer requirements and produce design artifacts for approval.
- Provide best practices for the solution design of our products.
- Conduct training sessions with end users and field questions on our products.
- Implement our products and support their release onsite and remotely.
- Bachelor’s degree in a Technology related field (essential).
- Experience in similar technical roles.
- Experience using SQL databases preferably within SQL Management Studio.
- Experience using XML and.Net programming practices.
- Experience using WebServices and Windows Server Operation Systems.
- Understanding of software engineering concepts.
- Experience in business analysis including translating user needs into functional or technical requirements required.
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint required, Visio preferred.
- Experience working with software solutions within the healthcare industry.
