We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated team player.
**Key responsibilities include**:
Basic administration duties
MYOB data entry of invoices, quotes, stock levels, orders, etc
Lead sheet data entry
Assistance with marketing material preparation
Sales support to our account managers
**Skills and experience**:
- MYOB knowledge essential
- Good computer skills (including Word, Excel)
- Professional, polite telephone manner
- High attention to detail
- Excellent time management and organisational skills within the office
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
