**Position**

An exciting position is on offer for an experienced Sales Administration Officer who will be responsible for providing administrative and client support across the sales and delivery lifecycle. Our client specializes in growing celery, leek, and baby leaf, supplying customers in Australia and Internationally

**What is on offer**
- Onsite parking
- Full time permanent role including Saturday morning working hours on a rotational basis
- Early start with early finish Monday to Friday
- Working with a collaborative, dynamic close-knit team and customers

**Key Responsibilities**
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day administration requirements of the Sales and Production teams including sales documentation, invoicing, completion of loading sheets, dispatch paperwork, evaluate the morning stock take report, assist the production team in printing crate & pallet labels
- Second in charge in the management of wholesale clients
- Support the Procurement Manager in the weekly stock take of all packaging and Personal Protective Equipment in the Production Facility
- Other administrative duties as directed from time to time
- Maintain regular communication with key personnel ensuring all are kept updated with the day’s progress including purchase order changes, transportation and dispatch timings
- Develop and maintain constructive and co-operative working relations with key business stakeholders and clients
- Assist in the investigation and rectifying of enquiries relating, but not limited to invoicing, dispatch & delivery differences and customer complaints
- Timely completion of dispatch paperwork for the logistics team
- Participate in Toolbox Talks and HR related Safety Moments

**Skills and Core Requirements**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated experience in liaising with a broad range of people
- Experience in a similar role
- Ability to use judgement, initiative and common sense when performing duties
- Strong organisational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
- Emotional maturity
- Highly resourceful team-player with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Forward looking thinker who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions.
- Ability to demonstrate initiative and creativity
