oin a high-performing, fast-paced real estate office where no two days are the same. LJ Hooker Wollongong is seeking a confident, professional, and proactive **Receptionist** to be the face of our office while providing valuable support to our Property Management team.
**About the Role**
As the first point of contact for clients, tenants, and owners, you’ll play a vital role in delivering the exceptional service our brand is known for.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Managing front-of-house reception and customer enquiries
- Assisting the Property Management team with daily administration, leasing documents, and maintenance coordination
- General office administration and ad-hoc tasks
**About You**
We’re looking for someone who is:
- **Experienced** in a real estate or property office environment (preferred)
- **Confident and approachable**, with excellent communication and multitasking skills
- **Organised**, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a busy team environment
- Holds a **Certificate of Registration or Real Estate License** (essential)
