We are looking for an outstanding _**Property Management Assistant**_ who is conscientious, reliable, and motivated to do well. You will report to the Group Property Manager and be responsible for supporting the Property Management Team with administrative tasks essential for managing processes within the Property Management department and portfolio management.

**Essential Criteria**
- Residential or Commercial Real Estate experience
- Certificate IV in Real Estate (or working towards).
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Organisation skills
- Time management and prioritisation
- Problem-solving and critical thinking
- Detail orientated (Data entry and analysis)
- Familiarity with Microsoft office software & equipment
- Flexibility, resilience and adaptability
- Understanding of basic accounting functions (reconciliations accounts payable, receipting)

**Recruitment Process**
- A brief telephone conversation to confirm details of the role and arrange a telephone interview.

- Online aptitude testing and a behavioural questionnaire.
- Face-to-face interview.
- Reference & probity checks.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

- Property management: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Certificate of Registration (Real Estate) (preferred)
