Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Receptionist, located in Wollongong, NSW.

The Junior Receptionist will be responsible for handling phone calls, greeting clients and visitors, managing incoming and outgoing mail, scheduling appointments, and maintaining the reception area.

Additional duties may include performing clerical tasks, such as data entry, filing, and assisting with office management tasks as needed.

The role requires excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a professional legal environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties experience
  • Proficiency in Clerical Skills and general office administration
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Customer Service experience
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Previous experience in a legal environment is advantageous but not required
  • Suited to High school leavers
  • Not suitable for law student or law graduates
  • Training provided
