**We’re Hiring: Bookkeeper at Outtabounds**

With a focus on innovation, community, and customer experience, we’re growing fast—and we need a skilled Bookkeeper to help keep our financial operations running smoothly.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable**:

- **Handle payroll processing and related compliance**:

- **Perform budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasting**:

- **Utilize business intelligence tools such as Power BI for data analysis and insights**:

- **Collaborate with our external accountant to prepare and organize financial documentation**

**Requirements**:

- **Proven experience in bookkeeping (Xero, Square), payroll, and financial administration**:

- **Proficiency in budgeting, accounting software, and Power BI or similar**:

- **Strong organizational skills and attention to detail**:

- **Comfortable working with accountants and meeting documentation deadlines**

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
