We are seeking a highly organised, detail-orientated and enthusiastic Bookkeeper to join our team on a part time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, accounts payable and receivable as well as providing essential administrative support as required.

- Must hold a Certificate IV in Accounting and Bookkeeping, or similar
- Must have experience working as a bookkeeper
- Must have extensive experience in XERO
- Must be highly organised with an attention to detail
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
- Must have strong communication an interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must have or be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance and Working with Children Check

**Duties/ Responsibilities**:

- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable
- Payroll/PAYG/Payroll Tax and Superannuation
- Bank Reconciliation and End of Month
- Processing invoices, payments and receipts in a timely manner
- Provision of Financial Reports as required
- Debtors and Creditors/ Data Entry
- Preparation of BAS and IAS as required
- Assisting with other ad-hoc administrative duties as needed

**Work Hours**:

- Part-time position
- Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday
- Lake Coogee, Perth WA 6166.
- Hourly rate $40.00.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $49,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
