**The Opportunity**
We have a rare opportunity with a client that is willing to coach and develop someone that has aspirations to start a career in HR/Recruitment. With a dynamic, fun team culture, you will guarantee to laugh and have fun in this team. Based in the south eastern suburbs, you will have the opportunity to learn from a terrific HR Manager.

**What does the day to day look like?**

Reporting into the People and Culture Manager, you will be responsible for;
- Taking detailed briefs for vacant roles to determine appropriate advertising and recruitment strategies.
- Identifying and screening talent to ensure the right fit with our values and culture.
- Building relationships with your key stakeholders to coach, support and build capability in the recruitment space.
- Partner with the HR Manager to roll out training across the organisation
- Manage the support office induction program
- Be exposed to HR related queries and learn how to handle situations that arise.

**What are we looking for?**
- Someone with a roll up their sleeves and let’s get it done approach
- A tertiary qualification (Diploma or above) in Human Resources and strong aspiration to build a career in Recruitment/HR
- A background in retail or administration role will be considered
- Ability to build strong rapport with key stakeholders
- The confidence to coach, advise and support our leaders to build their capability in all aspects of recruitment
- Blue-sky thinking with a solution focused approach for hard to recruit for positions
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail
