**THE COMPANY**:

- Has been establish a long time internationally and is seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Representative
- to join them on a full time permanent basis.

**THE ROLE**:

- To provide excellent service covering outstanding customer satisfaction from start to finish of all processes.
- Have a thorough understanding of manufacturing and customer service.
- The duties will include making sure that all **order processing** is accurate and is on time so to ensure delivery is completed.
- Importantly ensuring **customers** can expect their products delivered on time and correct.
- Provide **customer support** at all times and close liasion with other team members.
- Ensuring the sales team is backed up, supported 100% and closely liaise with the production and despatch teams.
- Responsible for finalising finished goods stock codes.
- Making sure that the quality and HACCP procedures are followed correctly at all times
- The role is best suited to someone who is very **tech savvy** and has a good understanding of customer service and manufacturing principles.
- The client insists that key values are observed at all times and that one can show: integrity, dedication, passion and teamwork.
