**About the role**
***
**This includes**:

- Maintaining weekly and monthly sales reporting processes
- Monitoring internal sales forecast and promotional activity and ensure data accuracy
- Tracking promotional spend & accruals
- Maintaining compliance and distribution analysis reporting
- Management of incoming orders, logistics communications, stock and sales updates
- Working with the National Business Manager to assist with updating customer information, field and customer presentations and product information
- Completion of advertising and promotional expense reports and any documentation and reports for customer claim requests

**About you**
- Strong administration and office management skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with different functions/levels of employees, broad range of external key contacts
- Able to function independently with direction and self-starter
- FMCG experience is not essential, however, experience working within a grocery environment would be an advantage
- Graduate with 1-2years work experience in similar sales support roles
