**ABOUT THE COMPANY**
An Australian-owned company that is the leading supplier of fabric/ têxtiles company within the commercial interiors. They are the only leather company in Australia and New Zealand to have an environmental certification for their products
**ROLE**
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organized person to assist on all sales administration duties within this small but fast-growing business.
**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
- MYOB data entry including but not limited to processing
- Customer sales orders / enquiries
- Invoicing customers
- Stock levels check
- Purchasing
- Overseas ordering and monitoring.
- Processing payments
- Lead sheet data entry
- Assistance with marketing material preparation
- Basic administration duties
**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- Excellent customer focus and communication skills
- Previous MYOB experience essential
- Sales support to the account managers
- Good computer skills
- Highly organized with good attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
