Our client is currently looking for a motivated All Rounder - Administration Assistant to join their team.

- Accounts payable - processing purchase orders
- Accounts receivable - managing invoicing of jobs for the projects team
- Ability to find and resolve any discrepancies on purchase orders or invoices
- Answer and redirect calls.
- Maintain accurate and effective record management systems
- Complete other clerical tasks such as data entry and filing.

The successful applicant will have**:

- At least 2 years' experience in an administrative role
- Self-motivated, good problem-solving capabilities with the ability to multitask
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with Accounts Payable and Receivable
