Join this engineering organisation as a project administrator This is a temporary-to-permanent opportunity
**Your new company**
Our client is an engineering consultancy for a tier one mining organisation. Their main office is based in West Perth, they also have a workshop in Osborne Park and operations throughout regional WA. This is a medium size organisation. This organisation is going through a period of significant growth and therefore require additional assistance with their administration work. They provide onsite parking and can offer flexible working hours if required.

**Your new role**
This is a newly created role and therefore you can make what you want of this project administration role. Flexibility is key with this role and there are looking for their new project administrator to ‘hit the ground running.’ Please note this is a temporary-to-permanent role. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Maintaining personnel; files, including records of licenses and qualifications
- Management of team’s mobilisation and travel including
- Submission of mobilisation to their clients
- Management of shared calendars
- Booking of travel including hire cars and mine spec vehicles
- Providing administrative support to the team and engineer and trades including working with the company’s tracking software
- General administrative tasks including:

- Processing of freight
- Incoming and outgoing purchase orders
- Booking of appointments including medicals
- Ad hoc projects as required

**What you'll need to succeed**
In order to be considered for this role you will have the following:

- Previous experience in an administrative role
- Experience with mobilisation or organising staff’s travel to remote working sites
- High attention to detail is necessary
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written
- A current WA driver’s license is required
- Previous experience in logistics environment will be extremely beneficial in this role
- The ability to adapt and problem solve and a positive and team-oriented attitude
