Just Digital People are working with one of the leaders in the fast moving fashion space, who pride themselves on their culture here in Australia.

The role is responsible for creating and implementing the strategic

structure and manage tasks and projects. They will be agile, solution-oriented with a can-do attitude in a very dynamic business environment; being able to build excellent customer relationships and partner with key stakeholders to deliver on key objectives, digital marketing activities, projects on time and to budget.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create & execute the ecom strategy to improve sales, customer engagement and conversion through the online channel
- Lead & manage a team of ecom marketing whiz's and the Customer Service Team by setting clear KPI’s, targets and performance metrics
- Work closely with senior members of the Marketing Team to ensure ongoing success and growth of the ecom & online spaces
- Play a vital role in the execution and delivery of key measurables around fulfillment, customer satisfaction and the overall experience with online trading
- Provide beneficial insight on the performance of the ecom space, through analysis of both anecdotal and data driven reporting
- Have a heavy input with the Director to set & execute complex strategies around customer experience, fulfillment, and web systems output
- Understand and streamline the end-to-end online customer order fulfillment and satisfaction

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years' proven experience working in eCommerce in a commercial retail setting is essential
- Experience working with Wordpress hands on is advantageous
- A degree qualification in Marketing or Commerce is highly desirable
- Proven experience of Salesforce desirable
- Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it
