**Description**:
At Green leaves Early Learning Centres, we take pride in building innovative and sustainable learning environments in our state of the art, purpose-built centres. As a premium service provider, top quality is at the heart of what we do across our 54 centres in Australia.

Reporting to the Centre Director, you will be the friendly face of the centre who ensures we get all of the little things right. In this role, you can take pleasure in supporting a team that will embrace our wonderful Green Leaves Commitments, and aim for excellence in day-to-day practice.

**Day to day, you will**:

- Be the face of the Centre, greeting children and families in a warm and welcoming way
- Conduct visitor tours, and assist with children enrolments and new team orientations
- Utilise our Salesforce and Qikkids systems, to manage parents accounts and monitor ongoing payments with follow up as required
- Assist in helping visiting suppliers/contractors (as per company procedure)
- Perform general administrative tasks in an accurate, reliable, and honest manner
- Available to work Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours, between 6.30am - 6.30pm (rotating shifts with our Centre Director)

**You will have**:

- Experience in the QikKids software system is desirable
- Working knowledge of CCSS (Child Care Subsidy System) Guidelines
- Excellent computer skills with knowledge in the Microsoft Suite
- Highly organised with proven experience juggling a wide range of demands and priorities to produce work of high quality and consistently meet deadlines
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service skills - both written and verbal with the ability to handle difficult conversations
- Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
- Happy to participate in a full police check (paid for by us)
