**About the role**

Reporting to the Quality and Compliance Manager within our Children, Youth and Families team, you will have the opportunity to provide vital support to our child centred service delivery.

This team consists of five dedicated professionals, passionate about effectively empowering our services with reliable, user friendly data analysis and reporting tools.

This multifaceted role will see you identify and maintain contemporary digital solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Your days will be varied, however, your core duties will include:

- Developing and maintaining data analysis and reporting tools;
- Contribute to innovation through projects;
- Educating stakeholders on the reporting tools;
- Performing rigorous testing of enhancements and new functionalities used in reporting.

Indicative Total Remuneration: $79,850 (plus significant salary sacrificing benefits + superannuation).

As the Reporting Officer, ideally your experience and qualifications include:

- Degree qualification in business administration or other relevant area or equivalent experience;
- Knowledge of business intelligence and data management systems, including Excel and Microsoft BI;
- Knowledge of legislative and regulatory frameworks;
- Four years' experience in a similar role with demonstrated ability to gather and analyse data to provide reporting, recommendations and work instructions;
- Possess or have the ability to acquire a National Police Check, Working with Children (Blue Card), Licensed Care Service (Child Protection).
