Established in 2004, United Cellars has moved beyond the traditional Wine Club to work directly with leading wineries across Australia and around the World to be one of the leading Independent Wine Retailers in Australia and NZ.

We are looking for dynamic, talented people to add to the team at our new Woolloomooloo office. Previous experience in Sales and wine is essential.

We do offer flexibility with remote 'working from home' when training is completed.

**What's the job?**
- Outbound (phone)Wine sales
- No cold calling, All warm leads
- No early mornings, our shift is 11:00am -7:00pm.
- Saturday shifts available
- Uncapped commissions - OTE of $75K
- Opportunity for account management
- General customer service, answering inbound calls
- Adapting to a changing wine portfolio

**We are looking for..**
- Minimum 30 hours a week
- Previous history in similar Outbound role, preferred
- Requirement to hit KPI's
- Self motivated and reliable
- Able to work at our head office in Woolloomooloo, NSW.
- When remote - Have an ADSL or cable internet connection
- PC compatible headset with microphone
- A dedicated home office space away from distractions when we are remote.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Basic computer skills
- RSA
- Strong command of English
- Wine knowledge preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

**Salary**: From $29.23 per hour

**Experience**:

- Outbound Sales: 3 years (required)
- Wine: 1 year (preferred)
- Hospitality: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- WSET certification or Wine knowledge equivalent (preferred)
