Our bottle shop attached to the Hotel is looking for an experienced and driven Retail Store manager to run our growing business.

You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of your store. With the support of your area manager and head office team, you will have accountability for store presentation, sales and profit growth, stock control and the overall customer experience

**Your role**
- Lead by example to deliver an exceptional instore customer experience.
- Responsibility for the commercial management of your store; managing your sales, profit, wage expense, inventory, and shrinkage budgets.
- Ensuring high standards of store presentation
- executing instore visual merchandising and exceptional retail marketing standards.
- Mentor, train and developing your small team.
- Ordering and stock management
- ordering the right stock at the right time at the right levels.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming store for our customers and your staff.

**About you**
- 2+ years’ experience managing a retail liquor store
- A passion to deliver the highest standards of customer service.
- Highly organised and effective time management
- Experience with inventory management.
- Experience in leading a small team and sound knowledge of rostering
- Strong conflict resolution skills and effective problem-solving skills
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required.
- Physical fit and able to lift and carry heavy items
- Knowledge and interest of wine, beer and spirits.
- Valid NSW RSA
