Wine Sommeliers for Outbound Sales

**How well do you know your wine? We are on the hunt for a passionate sommelier who can take our customers through a wine journey over the phone.**

We take pride in what we do, developing strong relationships with our clients over the phone, delivering wine to their door with excellent service.

United Cellars is a tight-knit team, many of us have worked here since day one and we're proud of that.

We are looking for dynamic, talented people to add to the team at our new Sydney office. Previous experience in Sales and wine is essential.

Hourly rate + Commission is uncapped with realistic, achievable revenue per hour targets for all commissions.

We do offer flexibility with remote 'working from home' when training is completed.

**What's the job?**
- Outbound (phone)Wine sales
- No cold calling, All warm leads
- No early mornings, our shift is 10:30am -7pm.
- Saturday shifts available
- Uncapped commissions - OTE of $80K per annum
- Opportunity for account management
- General customer service, answering inbound calls
- Adapting to a changing wine portfolio

**We are looking for..**
- Minimum 30 hours a week
- Previous history in similar Outbound role, preferred
- Requirement to hit KPI's
- Self motivated and reliable
- Work in our Sydney office or Hybrid remote structure.
- Have an ADSL or cable internet connection
- PC compatible headset with microphone
- A dedicated home office space away from distractions when we are remote.
- Excellent communication skills and phone manner
- Basic computer skills
- RSA
- Strong command of English
- Wine knowledge preferred

Applicants with these skill sets will be highly considered. Applicants for this position should have AU residency or a valid AU work visa.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Woolloomooloo, NSW 2011: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Sales - Outbound phone, Face to face, Hospitality or Wine: 1 year (preferred)
- Wine Industry: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English and are proficient in reading and writing (required)
