By joining our SA Sales team within Opal Fibre Packaging, you’ll discover an environment where you can bring your best self and thrive. We balance working hard and enjoying what we do. You will contribute to the success of Opal by:

- Developing and managing strategic individual accounts, building a strong rapport with a variety of different stakeholders within the customer
- Understand and respond appropriately to customer needs, transitioning query to customer service as required
- Understanding customer needs and developing and implementing individual client value propositions
- Prepare and review sales against the budget and forecast for major customers
- Develop market plan for the assigned accounts, identifying and sizing all major customers and competitor accounts, qualifying and ranking opportunities
- Look for every opportunity for Cross Divisional Selling, Support and coordination and upsells (bags, shrink wrap, archive boxes) to customers without compromising the position of existing solutions.

- Experience in successfully managing a portfolio of key customer accounts

- A proven track record of delivering results and ensuring key objectives are met
- A collaborative approach; fostering productive working relationships across internal teams to deliver the best result for the customer
