**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the execution of cleaning contracts, ensuring all services meet client expectations and contractual obligations.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client communication, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality standards are met and to foster client rapport.
- Work closely with the operations teams to coordinate schedules, resources, and personnel for cleaning projects.
- Monitor contract performance and identify opportunities for service improvements or upselling additional services.
- Handle contract renewals and negotiate terms as needed.
- Prepare and deliver regular reports on contract performance, client satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Stay informed about industry trends to suggest innovative solutions for clients.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in account management, preferably within the cleaning or service industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Exceptional organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and CRM software.
- A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites as required.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $30.11 per hour

Expected hours: 17.5 - 25 per week

**Benefits**:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

Supplementary Pay:
