**About the Role**
We're seeking a **street-smart, execution-focused leader** who values action over words. This is not just about setting strategies—it's about rolling up your sleeves and making things happen on the ground.
**What You’ll Do**:
**Drive Growth**: Hunt down new business opportunities through strategic prospecting, relationship-building, and market intelligence.
**Hit Your Numbers**: Own and exceed monthly revenue and gross profit targets—your performance drives business success.
**Solve Customer Challenges**: Build strong customer relationships by deeply understanding their needs and delivering tailored equipment solutions.
**Be the Face of the Brand**: Deliver compelling product presentations and demos that win over clients and close deals.
**Collaborate to Win**: Work closely with internal teams in marketing, support, and operations to deliver seamless customer experiences.
**Expand Our Reach**: Represent the business at trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events—boosting both brand visibility and pipeline.
**What you will bring:**
A degree in Business, Sales, or Marketing is preferred, but experience speaks louder than diplomas.
Proven success in sales—ideally in **material handling**, **industrial equipment**, or **B2B technical solutions**.
Resilience and agility—able to juggle priorities and thrive under pressure in fast-moving environments.
Strong people skills—you know how to build trust and influence decision-makers.
Self-driven with excellent time management—you own your schedule and outcomes.
Willingness to travel across NSW to connect with customers and close deals.
