**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understanding clients’ technical necessities
- Identify emerging markets and market shift while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Developing new business and securing new key accounts for the business, developing relationships
- Responsible for personal interaction with existing customers to explore all potential sales opportunities including prospecting, presentations, pricing and closing of sales.
- Sample drop off/pick up if needed
- Build strong, productive, and professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Improve customer service communication to customers.
- Perform any other duties assigned.
