**What you’ll do**

Your role is to support the BWS Marketing team in bringing the brand and customer plan to life through generating customer first brand strategies that drive brand advocacy, momentum, sales and gross profit for BWS.

This will include:

- **Assist with our Brand Development & Strategy including campaigns, activations, media planning and creative development**:

- **Produce and manage all BWS branded templates**:

- **Contribute to the campaign management process by assisting in producing briefs, working with agency partners, meeting minutes, managing project timelines & budgets.**:

- **Support the Brand Manager with the ongoing development and maintenance of BWS brand guidelines**:

- **Communicate and educate the wider team on major updates of guidelines and ensure they are adhered to.**:

- **Produce reports and documents to support this activity and present to the wider team & business**:

- **Build relationships with external partners**:

- **Manage and control budgets and financials**

**Your background**:
To be successful in this role, you will be vibrant, enthusiastic and positive. Ideally you will demonstrate considerable experience in the following key areas:

- **Hold a relevant qualification preferably in marketing and hands on marketing coordination experience**:

- **Proven ability to multitask**:
