**Group General Manager - Play Safe**

Reporting to the Chief Casino Officer, the Group General Manager - Play Safe is responsible for executing the operational aspects of the player health strategies and group policy and developing and implementing strategic front-line initiatives, in order to meet specific key business objectives and regulatory and legislative requirements across the Crown group, with a particular focus on:
**THE ROLE**
- Influencing the culture and values of the business as to the philosophies of Play Safe and at Crown.
- Ensuring that the Play Safe Centre (PSC) reflects and promotes the principles and strategic direction of the business with regard to the promotion of safer play and reduction or gambling-related harms.
- Actively engaging internal and external stakeholders relevant to the PSC functions ensuring Crown’s approach to Play Safe meets or exceeds requirements.
- Assisting in the development and delivery of the Play Safe Strategy and the ongoing evaluation.
- Ensuring all activities relating to the operation of Play Safe are mindful of the protection of guests and Crown.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Ability to lead a team of experienced senior management/leadership team to success in a responsible gaming or a related field.
- Experience leading and delivering responsible gambling programs in a casino environment highly advantageous.
- Good understanding of emerging trends in technology to enable and enhance Crown’s management of responsible gaming risks.
- Effective executive, Board and key internal and external stakeholder engagement.
- Advanced strategic thinking and leadership, including the ability to attract, retain and develop talent.
