**About The Opportunity**:
The Quality Manager will support the function of the Quality team and the wider GH team to ensure implementation and maintenance of quality standards and achieve exceptional client outcomes through (1) consistent and reliable high-quality services compliant with all applicable laws and regulations (2) underpinned by a lived quality & safety culture and capabilities across the organisation and (3) hands-on, agile & pragmatic guidance and practices to continuously improve quality outcomes.
This position reports directly to the Head of Quality and has one direct report.
**About You**:
You are a supportive, organised individual with a ‘Caring Heart & Commercial Mind’. Your qualities include agility, drive, pragmatism and a solution & outcome focus. You have a genuine desire to provide the best quality service to all stakeholders and are comfortable dealing with a range of priorities. You’re empathetic in your approach and have the ability to quickly establish rapport with a diverse group of stakeholders. Your technology skills are strong and you carry a continuous improvement mindset alongside your can-do attitude.
Practically speaking, you have prior experience in a similar role within Home and Community Care and/or a health care setting. You possess a strong understanding of the Aged Care Act and associated regulations as well as the National Disability Insurance Scheme. You are process-orientated and have strong attention to detail. Above all, you enjoy being part of a collaborative working culture and demonstrate a genuine desire to provide the best quality care for the aged and people with disabilities.
