Reporting to the Chief Casino Officer, the Group General Manager - Responsible Gaming Operations is responsible for executing the operational aspects of the player health strategies and group policy and developing and implementing strategic front line initiatives, in order to meet specific key business objectives and regulatory and legislative requirements across the Crown group, with a particular focus on:
**Key Accountabilities**:

- Influencing the culture and values of the business as to the philosophies of Responsible Gaming at Crown
- Ensuring that the Responsible Gaming Centre (RGC) reflects and promotes the principles and strategic direction of the business with regard to the promotion of safer play and reduction or gambling-related harms
- Actively engaging internal and external stakeholders relevant to the RGC functions ensuring Crown’s approach to Responsible Gaming meets or exceeds requirements
- Assisting in the development and delivery of the Responsible Gaming Strategy and the ongoing evaluation
- Ensuring all activities relating to the operation of responsible gaming are mindful of the protection of guests and Crown

**Key Qualifications and Experience**:

- Extensive experience in a senior management/leadership role in responsible gaming or a related field
- Extensive communication and relationship building with applicable regulators
- Experience leading and delivering responsible gambling programs in a casino environment
- Good understanding of emerging trends in technology to enable and enhance Crown’s management of responsible gaming risks.
- Effective executive, Board and key internal and external stakeholder engagement
- Extensive experience, knowledge and interest in the responsible gaming regulatory environment and understand the regulatory priorities within which Crown operates
- Advanced strategic thinking and leadership, including the ability to attract, retain and develop talent
