Caffe Cherry Beans leads the coffee business in Australia and has more than 47 cafes across the nation and one in Singapore.
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer to work at our head office in Rydalmere NSW.
Your role will be supporting the team to ensure the business operate smoothly
Duties as follows
- General office duties
- Organizing meetings, Summarize minutes of meeting
- Communication with franchisees, supplier
- Undertake duties as required by management
- Report to the General Manager with specific tasks and occasional projects
- Possible occasional travel
- Work well in team environment
About You
- Strong in communication, both written and verbal
- Competency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, outlook)
- Problem solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and able to prioritise competing demands
- At least 2 years of admin experience
- A positive, proactive attitude and professional approach to all matters
- Exposure to business administration an advantage
